The T45 5 speed manual transmission was engineered and manufactured by Borg Warner for the Mustang and Mustang Cobra. The transmission are installed behind the 4.6L engine and there are differences between the Mustang and the Cobra transmission mostly dealing with the transmission mount/cross-member and speedo gears.
